Welcome to Tony DiZinno's Web space!
Thanks for visiting my website! I graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, with a major in journalism and minor in political science. I served in various roles at the school newspaper, The Marquette Tribune, including News Desk Editor. When not in class, you might be likely to find me at a race track. I definitely could be considered a “gearhead” as I love auto racing, having followed it since 1996 and covered it since 2006.
Throughout my Marquette career, I really became intrigued with business in the city. I covered the Consumer beat for the Tribune my junior year and also served as the editorial intern at the Milwaukee Business Journal during the fall semester of my senior year.
Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, I moved to Milwaukee for college and yes, managed to stay warm. Generally, I'm pretty much always on-the-go through traveling, writing and meeting new people throughout my experiences.
I moved to Orange County, California after graduating to take on a role with RACER magazine, but have since moved back to Milwaukee and specialize in motorsports journalism and freelance writing. In the meantime, feel free to shoot me a tweet at @tonydizinno as I will admit to being a "tweet-a-holic," or get connected via the Contact tab on the site. Cheers!
